Our park is open 12 months of the year, all caravans are sold with a BH&HPA site licence agreement. Our site fee’s currently are £3,050.00 inclusive of water and sewage rates. Electricity is billed to owners quarterly. Our holiday homes are for Holiday use only, not residential.
