Each holiday home comes connected with electricity, water and gas already installed and turn-key ready. The site fees annually are £3,050.00 These fees include VAT, rates, water, and sewage including the maintenance of the grounds. The only other expenses for each home would be the individual usage of gas and electricity

We have gone the extra step to make your get away retreat as easy and peaceful as possible.
